SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device and a control method for a system of road charging, which is based on the on-board devices that are placed on vehicles with registering vehicles, control of vehicles and the registration server violations, which registers the vehicle reads the toll option with onboard device a passing vehicle through the DSRC-air interface, compares it with the parameter characterizing the shape of the vehicle, which is detected by the sensor, and on this basis, in case of discrepancy, generates record data of the violation and transmits it to the registration violation server, while controlling the vehicle and registers it's location in the violation registration server, and the server makes notes with violation data in the places, where the violation occurred, wherein, when the controlling vehicle finds the violator's car, it gives a warning message, and after sending the notes to the server, the data is divided into one part, which is sent via protocol control, and the other, sent via user's datagram.

EFFECT: invention provides improved detection of violations of traffic rules or the rules of the payment of tolls and the imposition of penalties for them.
