SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device control and to methods for the toll system, which is based on the on-board devices, transported vehicles, comprising the following steps: into marking vehicle: detecting a violation of traffic rules or the rules of payment of tolls on-board device or transporting it vehicle and passes the token to the on-board device via DSRC-radio interface, if a violation has occurred; on-board device: upon receiving the token periodically determine the proper location of the device and produce a broadcast location reports containing information about its respective current location; and control devices: detecting the vehicle based on at least one of the location messages transmitted by the airborne device.

EFFECT: increase of disclosure of violations of traffic rules or rules of road charge payment and recovery of penalties for it.
