SUBSTANCE: film former contains an insert, mounted in the upper part of the heat exchange pipe and attached to the bellows unit spindle, mounted on the evaporator cover. The insert has a tip made of the radiation-resistant and wettable material evaporated by liquid. The tip is made of two conjugate cones: upper reverse and lower direct, at that the lower cone is provided with the cylindrical belt with protruberances, centering the conical tip along the inner surface of the heat exchange pipe. The cap is mounted movably on the insert, on the cap lower end there are grooves along the perimeter. The insert, attached to the bellows unit spindle, is connected by the ribs with adjacent inserts.

EFFECT: remote control of the fluid film thickness, flowing through the heat exchange pipes.
