FIELD: separation.
SUBSTANCE: film evaporator has vertical cylindrical housing, face covers, top and bottom tube plate, heat exchanging pipes, film formers made of pipes mounted with a spaced relation inside the top ends of the heat exchanging pipes, connecting pipes for receiving and discharging the liquid to be treated, heating secondary vapor and condensate, and pipeline made of a coil. The coil is mounted in the bottom part of the housing. One end of the coil is connected to the connecting pipe for receiving the liquid to be treated, and the other end is secured between the tube plates. The connecting pipe is built in the bottom face cover of the evaporator. Additional heat exchanging pipes are mounted coaxially inside the heat exchanging pipes and film formers. The top and bottom ends of the pipes are rigidly mounted in the bottom and top parts of the housing, respectively, thus forming the top and bottom spaces. The bottom space has an additional connecting pipe for receiving heating gas, and the top space has connecting pipes for discharging the secondary vapor and condensate. The film formers are arranged with a spaced relation over the outer side of the additional heat exchanging pipes and provided with openings for pipes for discharging the secondary vapor and introducing the liquid to be treated to the space between pipes.
