SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a clamp. The clamping ring comprises a metal tape (10), a pair of projecting tabs (12, 14), a coupling rod (16) located in the apertures of the said tabs and coupling elements (16A, 16B) cooperating with the said rod and support portions of tabs. At least one tab oftow is a tab (14) provided with an elongated portion, wherein the said tab support portion is formed at the extended portion (17) of this tab, which is bent towards the rear portion of the said tab and is provided with an aperture for the coupling rod. The elongated portion (17) and the front portion (15) of the tab (14) with an elongated portion are interconnected through a belt portion (20) forming a connective loop defining an axial tunnel with two open axial ends, wherein the said tunnel has a shape which allows variation of the angle between the elongated portion (17) and the front portion (15), when the ring is tied.
EFFECT: invention improves clamp reliability by reducing risk of front tab portion deformation caused by clamping torque.
