At the end of the lengthy body (12), which adjoins the retention head (13), there is the first cross plate (14), the retention head (13) has a stem (20), one end of which adjoins the cross plate (14), and there is a rupture zone (21) at the level of the specified end.
EFFECT: increased reliability and safety of the device.
