FIELD: radars.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to active pulsed radar systems of detection and monitoring of aerospace targets and intended for reliable detection of moving targets with distinction of their speed and maneuverability parameters, which enables to perform timely readjustment of radar signal secondary processing system for operation on manoeuvering target. Achieved technical result is increase of reliability of manoeuvering aerospace target detecting with distinction of speed and maneuverability parameters under condition of quickly manoeuvering targets observation at destruction of received signal coherence. Said result is achieved by fact, that in radar signal primary processing system is performed simultaneously inter-period coherent accumulation of single-pulse processing results in form of correlations sum module inter-period sampling of these results and reference signals by Doppler frequencies possible values array nodes and derivatives thereof and non-coherent accumulation of inter-period sampling. Existence of fast manoeuvering target is determined after incoherent accumulation by signal level exceeding over coherent accumulation signal level, and differentiating of maneuvering and speed parameters is determined by maximum of coherent accumulation result by Doppler frequencies array nodes and their derivatives.
EFFECT: obtained data can be used at secondary processing stage for selecting adequate target behavior tracking algorithm and, as result, increase accuracy of coordinate and path measurements of target movement parameters.
