SUBSTANCE: to produce 1,000 dal of special vodka, following ingredients are used, l: sugar syrup with concentration of 65.8 % - 6.0-8.0, infusion of dry branches of young cherry on a distillate of grape pomace - 10.0-20.0, distillate of dry white wine and fermented cherry bark - 20.0-40.0, rectified ethyl alcohol and treated drinking water - balance to 40 vol%. Invention improves organoleptic properties of finished product, its tasting grade - 9.7.
EFFECT: vodka has mild, harmonious rounded taste with barely perceptible almond-cognac aftertaste characteristic vodka aroma with an almond tone and ageing tones.
