FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alcoholic beverages industry. To produce 1,000 dal of special vodka, following ingredients are used, l: sugar syrup with concentration of 65.8 % - 8.0-10.0, infusion on dry apple wine burnt almond and walnut shells at a ratio of 1:1 - 3.0-5.0, distillate of dry white grape wine and young sprouts of dogberry tree, peeled, - 30.0-50.0, rectified ethyl alcohol and treated drinking water - balance to 40 vol%. Invention improves organoleptic properties of finished product. On all physical and chemical properties vodka corresponds to requirements for special vodkas, prepared on corresponding alcohol, its tasting grade is 9.7.
EFFECT: vodka has mild, harmonious rounded taste with scarcely perceptible almond-cognac aftertaste, typical vodka aroma with almond tone and ageing tones.
