SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry, i.e. to a nucleic acid construct for expression of multiple genes in plant cells and tissues, and to a method of producing a transgenic plant and a method of producing a transgenic cell when using it. It also discloses a plant cell, a transgenic plant and a transgenic seed for the expression of a nucleic acid construct including the said nucleic acid construct. The invention also relates to a binary vector for Agrobacterium-mediated plant transformation containing the above mentioned nucleic acid construct and to the use of a bidirectional promoter for production of transgenic seeds.

EFFECT: invention enables efficient expression of multiple genes in cells and tissues of plants.
