FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synthetic construct double-stranded nucleic acid for expressing a plurality of heterologous genes in a plant cell, characterized by a bidirectional promoter consisting of a first circuit containing element minimal core promoter, and a second chain comprising a promoter bacillary virus sugar cane, as well as to a method of producing transgenic plant cells or tissues that express a plurality of heterologous genes with its use. The invention also relates to a plant cell, transgenic plant tissue and transgenic plants which express a plurality of heterologous genes and comprise mentioned bidirectional promoter.
EFFECT: invention can effectively express a plurality of heterologous genes in a plant cell.
