FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to methods of immunological detection of intact fibrinogen, comprising the following steps: a) obtaining of a sample containing at least some fibrinogen, optionally converted into fibrin (at least partially), and optionally containing thrombin; b) sample dissolving in a solvent solution, which inhibits thrombin activity ; c) transfer/application of a portion of the said sample to a protein-binding membrane, after optional SDS-PAGE electrophoresis; d) fibrinogen interation with the primary monoclonal antibody capable of binding to a fibrinopeptide A fragment or fibrinopeptide B fragment and e) intact fibrinogen volume detection in the sample by determining the amount of bound primary monoclonal antibody. The group of inventions also includes methods for assessment of hemostatic device effectiveness or stability, comprising application of the claimed methods for intact fibrinogen detection.
EFFECT: application of the claimed methods as diagnostic or prognostic criteria with high accuracy.
