SUBSTANCE: described as method for deep oxidation of organic compounds, comprising passing through layer of catalyst stream, containing organic compound and oxidant, diluted with inert gas, distinguished by use of catalyst as geometrically structured system, comprising microfibers of high silica carrier of 5-20 mcm in diameter, which is characterised by presence of absorption band of hydroxyl groups in infrared spectrum with wavenumber ν=3620-3650 cm-1 and half width of 65-75 cm-1, and has a gel-like surface layer with thickness from 1 to 500 nm, which has viscosity of 3000-30000 cps and specific surface, measured by BET method for argonthermal desorption, SAr=0.5-350 m2/G, and at least one active component.

EFFECT: deep oxidation of organic compounds begins at low temperatures.
