SUBSTANCE: device contains a chamber designed as a refrigerator having a hole in the upper part, a dispensing platform placed under the chamber, a dispensing column detachably mounted on the dispensing platform and a connective box passing through the refrigerator hole and positioned under the dispensing platform; the dispensing platform contains at least one channel passing between the connective box and the dispensing tap located in proximity to the dispensing column upper end with a dispensing line passing from the refrigerator inside space through the connective box and into the said channel and functionally connected to the dispensing tap. Chrematistic of the dispensing device is the dispensing platform installation onto the refrigerator upper part, the connective box designed as part of the dispensing chamber and inserted into the hole in the refrigerator upper part during the dispensing platform installation onto the refrigerator upper part.
