FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and fat industry and can be used in processing of oil crops seeds. Line for production of vegetable oil, containing: dryer, roller mill, separation machine, a roasting machine, prepress, filter-press, display, cyclone, heat exchanger-recuperator, compressor, condenser, two sections of the evaporator, thermostatic control valve, fans, condensate collector. At that, in line there are additional cyclone for purification of waste after air drying, heat exchanger-recuperator and steam compression heat pump, including compressor, condenser, thermostatic control valve and two sections of the evaporator, one of which is used for freezing in exposer chamber, while other is for preparation of superheated steam. Drying process is carried out by air conditioning, which is heated in heat exchanger-recuperator, wherein exhaust air after drying is purified from suspended particles in cyclone with further cooling and drying in section of heat pump evaporator and feed into dryer with formation of closed cycle. Superheated steam after heat pump condenser is supplied for roasting a portion of waste superheated steam in amount of evaporated moisture from product is fed into heat exchanger-recuperator for air heating, wherein formed condensate is discharged into condensate collector, and second part used steam is discharged in heat pump condenser, where it is heated and fed for roasting in mode of closed cycle.
EFFECT: invention allows to enhance energy efficiency of production of vegetable oils, production of vegetable oil, having high quality, creating a wasteless and ecologically clean technology for production of vegetable oils, as well as reduce energy consumption and cost.
