FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method of controlling oilseeds processing process in biodiesel fuel, comprising washing initial seeds; cleaning of washing water in parallel installed and alternating filters in modes of separation and water regeneration of filter elements; removal of filtered water into condensate collector; drying washed seeds with air heated in recuperative heat exchanger; exhaust air cleaning after drying in cyclone; milling seeds with subsequent frying by overheated steam of atmospheric pressure; mechanized squeezing of fried seeds in pre-pressress; fine purification of obtained oil in vacuum filter; freezing out of purified oil wax substances in the exposition; oil heating; mixing the oil with the potassium hydroxide solution in methanol and carrying out re-esterification reactions in the hydrodynamic mixer and the cavitator pump, separating the obtained mixture into glycerol and biodiesel fuel in a separation centrifuge using a high-temperature heat pump comprising a compressor, a condenser, temperature control valve and two sections of evaporator, one of which is used for freezing from purified oil of wax substances in the exposition, and the other one for drying air, purified from suspended particles in the cyclone, preparation of superheated steam in the heat pump condenser with further supply to the fryer to form recirculation circuits over material and heat flows, characterized by using a two-stage steam compression heat pump comprising first and second stage compressors, first stage evaporator, second stage condenser, first and second stage temperature control valves and condenser-evaporator, which for the first stage is used as a condenser, and for the second stage as an evaporator; flow rate of initial components, temperature and humidity are measured and controlled; re-esterification reaction in hydrodynamic mixer at temperature of 40–50 °C in ratio "oil-potassium hydroxide in methanol" 9:1 and depending on consumption of oil mixture with solution of potassium hydroxide in methanol after pump cavitator set the rotor speed of separating centrifuge with output of biodiesel fuel 95–110 % of amount of vegetable oil after pre-press.

EFFECT: high accuracy and reliability of controlling the process of oil seeds processing into biodiesel fuel, which stabilize the quality of the obtained target and intermediate products in intervals of given values at minimum energy costs.
