FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry and is a method of encapsulating a preparation via a nonsolvent deposition method, characterized by the fact that the cores of nanocapsules are water-soluble cephalosporin antibiotics, the envelope is human serum albumin at a ratio shell: nucleus is 1:1 or 3:1, upon that the water-soluble cephalosporin antibiotics in the form of powder and preparation E472c as a surfactant is added to albumin solution, obtained mixture is stirred and after dissolving of all components one slowly, by drop, adds petroleum ether, obtained suspension of nanocapsules is filtered, washed with petroleum ether and dried.
EFFECT: invention allows to simplify and accelerate the process of producing nanocapsules and increase mass output.
