SUBSTANCE: device for subsurface tillage comprises the rack with the drainer, the tapered rotary tiller with a pointed toe of conical shape, mounted on the axis located in the drainer, on which is mounted the vault-destroyer with loosening elements made along the conical logarithmic spiral and fixed with their front end to the pointed toe. The vault-destroyer is equipped with the frame serving as a support for loosening elements and consisting of rods arranged uniformly along the circumference of the tapered rotary cultivator, wherein the rods are rigidly fixed with one end to the pointed toe and the other end to the supports mounted at a sliding angle in the area of the tapered rotary tiller base. The angle at the pointed toe cone apex is larger than the angle at the tapered rotary tiller apex. The loosening elements have a cross shape in cross section, wherein the sectional dimensions are made increasing from the pointed toe to the rack.

EFFECT: improving the subsurface tillage quality, reducing the power consumption of tillage process, reducing the working body clogging with soil and plant residues.
