FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: tillage implement comprises a frame where rotary tillers are installed in series. Each of rippers is made in form of shaft located perpendicular to movement direction with spiral-plate working element fixed on its ends by means of flanges with elastic elements and with cutout triangular teeth. Shafts are connected to each other by chain gearing, which is closed by casing, and have limiters of working members penetration. Each spiral-plate working element is made in the form of truncated cone, front edge of which is additionally equipped with radial teeth in form of teeth of needle discs of BIG-3 harrows through each cut-out triangular tooth. Each connection of working element with shaft is made in the form of one end of the horizontally fixed resilient element hinged to the flange inner surface and freely placed by the other end in the hole made on the end part of the working element.
EFFECT: intensive crumbling of soil along the whole length of the working element and reduction of power consumption of the loosening process due to smooth effect of teeth on soil.
