SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for autonomic reactivity (AR) research. Initially, the cholecystis volume is determined at an emptys tomach in lying position by ultrasound (US), then the eye-cholecystic reflex is induced - the change the cholecystis volume during pressing on the lateral surface of the eyeball. At that, during 20 seconds after the pressure start, without pressure interrupting, the cholecystis volume change us measured by US, and AR is considered normal at its decrease by 5-10 percent, and AR is considered abnormal at its decrease by less than 5 percent, or more than 10 percent of the original volume during pressing on the eyeballs. At a cholecystis volume decrease exceeding 10 percent, AR is considered increased. At a cholecystis volume decrease less than 10 percent, AR is considered decreased.
EFFECT: method provides AR control, while improving research accuracy and differentiation, expands the arsenal of tools for AR research, does not require much time.
