SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in mobile communication systems. For this purpose, the radio system comprises base radio stations and radio terminals which perform radio communication with the respective base stations. Each of the base radio stations comprises: a receiving unit which receives the first information associated with the first uplink resources which are not used by other wireless terminals performing the radio communication with other base radio stations; and a downlink radio transmission unit which transmits the second information based on the first information, indicating the second uplink resource, which is selected from the first uplink resources for transmission to the other base stations to the radio terminal.

EFFECT: invention enhances throughput capacity of the radio terminal in the conditions when the radio terminal communicates with different radio base stations for UL and DL, another base station that differs from the connected base station to receive data from the radio terminal.
