SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of wireless data transmission. Method performed by the wireless transmit/receive module (WTRU) comprises steps of: receiving, from a network device, a wireless transmit/receive module (WTRU), a plurality of uplink control information (UCI) information resources; receiving, from a network device, a wireless transmitting/receiving module (WTRU), a plurality of downlink control information (DCI) information resources indicating uplink and downlink symbols, indication of resources of sub-carrier, indication of time resources and indication of UCI-resource from plurality of UCI-resources of information, wherein indication of time resources indicates initial symbol and number of symbols; receiving, from a network device, by a downlink (DL) with wireless transmission/reception module (WTRU), based on said subcarrier resources, an initial symbol and duration of the number of symbols; and transmitting, by wireless transmission/reception module (WTRU), an acknowledgment (ACK) or a failure notification (NACK) using said UCI-resource.

EFFECT: providing flexible resources of time and symbol resources for downlink transmission (DL).
