FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: electric machine contains a bearing shield, a shaft, a fan consisting of a sleeve, blades and a disk serving as a stiffener, a guide for air flow and a base for the vanes. From the end of the shaft in the axial direction, an opening is made to the depth of the fan mounting and holes are made in the radial direction through the fan sleeve and the wall of the hollow part of the shaft of the electric machine between the disk and the bearing shield. The number of holes in the radial direction should be at least equal to the number of fan blades.
EFFECT: increase heat transfer efficiency and reliability of the electrical machine.
