SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical drives, namely to the small-sized gears, used in micropumps. The mechanical drive comprises a wedge-shaped element connected to the alloy with shape memory effect. This alloy can move the wedge-shaped element in linear direction. The wedge-shaped element is in permanent contact with the lever, mounted so that it can rotate about a fixed center. The piston is positioned so that it is in constant contact with the lever at the point between the center of lever rotation and the point of contact with the wedge-shaped element. To return the piston, the lever and the wedge-shaped element to their respective initial positions, return springs are installed. Actuation of the alloy with shape memory effect causes linear displacement of the wedge-shaped element, which causes lever deflection around the center of rotation and piston displacement in a direction perpendicular to the direction of wedge-shaped element movement.

EFFECT: invention provides accuracy, reliability and ease of manufacturing.
