FIELD: mechanical engineering; transport engineering; brake systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed brake system consists of skeleton with casing accommodating brake master cylinder with fixed piston and movable cylinder. Piston has spaces one of which communicates through valve with reservoir with liquid, and others communicate with spools to transmit energy along circuits into wheel operating cylinders and through shutoff valves into micropumps and accumulators of hydraulic type. Movable cylinder is loaded by springs. Outer spring is mechanically and dynamically intercoupled with control member through auxiliary piston with rod and shaped lever installed on brake pedal shaft. Fitted from outside of skeleton with casing are diametrically opposite light-emitting diodes and photodiodes and electromagnet. Core extension with strip of electromagnet is located inside casing. Piston rod is provided with holes equality spaces in length and cross splines similar to splines on fixing strip of electromagnet. Holes on rod are arranged coaxially with light-emitting diode and photodiode. Brake system is furnished with wheel rotation pickups, standard accelerometer connected with computer which sends orders to control braking process.
EFFECT: improved reliability and efficiency of brake system.
