SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining a range of measurements comprised of the following steps: input of current into the formation from the first wellbore to induce an electromagnetic field in the formation; receiving of current from the formation in the bore of the second well; measuring the electromagnetic field by means of at least one antenna mounted in at least one of the shafts of the first well and the second well; identifying a third location in the borehole formation, at least partially based on electromagnetic field measurements, and based on the identified location of the third well bore mounted in the third reservoir outside the borehole, wherein the drilling parameters are being changed. The system for implementing the said method is also described.
EFFECT: improved accuracy of stratal measurements to determine the location of the wellbore.
