SUBSTANCE: drill cutter consists of a body and jumping blades, made in the form of peripheral and internal semi-blades. Internal semi-blades are mounted asymmetrically along the axis, and their cutting strips overlap one another; the semi-blades are made with rounded edges.
EFFECT: reduced energy cosnumption of the rock destruction process during drilling.
