SUBSTANCE: fuel valve (50) is provided for injecting gaseous fuel into an internal combustion engine (ICE) combustion chamber. The fuel valve (50) comprises a housing (52); a nozzle (54) with holes (56), an inlet (53) for the gaseous fuel; a needle (61) of the valve adapted to move axially within the longitudinal bore (77) of the elongated body (52) of the valve between a closed position and an open position. The fuel valve has a drive system for controllably moving the needle (61) of the valve between a closed position and an open position; an inlet (78, 98) for igniting the liquid and the channel (76, 99) supplying the flammable liquid, connecting the inlet port (78, 98) for igniting liquid fuel chamber (58). Supply channel (76, 99) of flammable liquid contains a permanent hydraulic restriction member.
EFFECT: feeding a small continuous flow of flammable liquid in the nozzle chamber filled with gas fuel.
