SUBSTANCE: weight includes abrasive, epoxy resin, polyethylenepolyamine systems, organic modifier, high strength cast iron ferrite particle size Dfi=(1.2-1.5)dA, where dA -dispersion of abrasive, and crystalline iodine, moreover, it additionally contains a powder of grey cast iron particle size Dgi=(0.8-1.0)dA, the following component ratio, wt %: the abrasive 40-50, polyethylenepolyamine systems 3.5-5.0, organic modifier 2.5-3.5, high-strength ferrite iron 15-20 crystalline iodine, 0.5-1.0, grey cast iron 5-10, epoxy is the rest.
EFFECT: increase in the period of resistance abrasive tool between his edits, reducing roughness treated surfaces and thickness of the surface layer with modified physical-mechanical properties, reducing relative in square surface details.
