Wherein the device (1) for requests processing is configured to accompany video content recordings stored by provider (50) of content to store video content recordings, with corresponding information about time and location information of corresponding video content recording, and video content recordings are recorded by a drive recorder.
EFFECT: provision of opportunity to gain access to video recordings made in a place of user's interest at appropriate time by other video devices.
