SUBSTANCE: framer (common frame shaper) is applied for hard synchronization of the system clock signal generator and generation of voltages for soliton pulse modulator keys, and also powerful multi-colored soliton pulses are used in combination with splitters of these pulses and an array of integrated optical delay lines is used to form group TDM-signal of each frame of the linear signal.

EFFECT: reducing the energy intensity, increasing the stability of the path elements involved in the formation of the frame, increasing the noise immunity.
