SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical communication engineering and can be used in designing bus transmission systems and intra-object data collection and control local systems. Invention involves using a set of fibre-optic adjustable delay lines for generating one aggregate serial stream from parallel information streams, where data and a clock signal are transmitted at different optical radiation wavelengths. An adjustable fibre-optic delay line also serves for synchronisation phase adjustment at the receiving end.

EFFECT: simplification of time multiplexing and demultiplexing of transmitted digital streams.
