SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is a cosmetic for stimulating the regeneration of skin tissues, comprising as the main component a culture medium conditioned by mesenchymal stromal cells of human adipose tissue containing secretion products comprising VEGF at a concentration of at least 4 ng/million cells, FGF basic in concentration At least 5.8 pg/million cells, PEDF at a concentration of at least 10 ng/million cells, PAI-1 at a concentration of at least 35 ng/million cells, and a complex of at least 20 proteins as shown in table 1. The concentration of these components is presented in 10 ml of medium.
EFFECT: invention provides stimulation of skin regeneration, increase of skin elasticity and improvement of its aesthetic characteristics.
