FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a therapeutic agent for regenerative medicine. Therapeutic agent for regenerative medicine, which is a cell-free conditioned medium containing the products of mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC) secretion, including the following factors: G-CSF (granulocyte colony-stimulating factor), HGF (hepatocyte growth factor), IFN-a2 (interferon alpha-2), IL-6 (interleukin-6), IL-8 (interleukin-8), SCF (stem cell factor), SCGF (stem cell growth factor), VEGF (vascular endothelium growth factor), FGF (fibroblast growth factor) taken in a certain ratio, wherein the cell-free conditioned medium contains the MSC secretion products obtained by culturing the human umbilical cord's mesenchymal stromal cells in the presence of human umbilical cord serum, followed by purification of conditioned medium from cell debris, freezing or lyophilisation.

EFFECT: agent described above, which does not contain cells and components of xenogenic origin, contains a natural cocktail of cytokines, growth factors and other biologically active molecules, which provides stimulation of regeneration.
