The device (10; 110; 210; 310) comprises the first housing (13), the second housing (32) connected to the first housing (13), the chamber (12) for mixing, the first channel (C1), the second channel (C2), the thin tube (38). The chamber (12) for mixing is formed at least partially in the first housing (13) and / or in the second housing (32). The first channel (C1) is suitable for transferring the fluid medium (F1) towards the chamber (12) for mixing. The second channel (C2) is suitable for transferring the second fluid medium (F2) towards the chamber (12) for mixing. The thin tube (38) is suitable for forming at least part of the first channel (C1). The second housing (32) comprises a cylindrical area (35) with at least one section (36) forming the socket for the end area (39) of the thin tube (38). The first housing (13) and the second housing (32) are connected by connecting means suitable to provide the possibility of their mutual coupling and uncoupling. The thin tube (38), the second housing (32) and the first housing (13) define for the first fluid medium (F1) the main direction (D1) of advancement along the longitudinal axis (X), which intersects with said chamber (12) for mixing. The second channel (C2) comprises an area (50) of the second housing (32), having a specific shape. The system (1) for dispensing a mixture of (S) comprises a container (C) for holding two fluid media (F1, F2) to be mixed, and a dispensing device (10; 110; 210; 310) connected with the container (C) and suitable for mixing the fluid media (F1, F2) and dispensing the mixture (S).
