FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: power grid comprises intersecting at an angle to each other first, second and third systems arranged in parallel rows of continuous fiber tows to form a half-loops in the edges of the lattice, embedded in a rigid polymeric binder. The first system of parallel rows of continuous filamentary tows laid operate through the midpoints of the cells formed by the second and third intersecting systems of parallel rows of continuous fiber tows. The angles of intersection parallel rows of continuous fiber bundles of the second and third systems with spaced parallel rows of continuous filamentary tows of the first system are made equal to 5°-85°. Along its perimeter the power grating may be provided with frame of fiber tow series spirally laid along the outer contour. The frame fastens edges of the grating.
EFFECT: invention provides a development of the design strength of the lattice composite material having high mechanical strength while ensuring the quality and processability.
