SUBSTANCE: method of excitation of mechanical oscillations of power factors with controlled parameters relates to vibration equipment, in particular, to agricultural equipment, and can be used at grain-processing enterprises in process and transport equipment. According to the invention, in a four-balanced vibration exciter, which excites oscillations of power factors as per asymmetric law, the change in the direction of the largest force factor in absolute value by the opposite is achieved by changing the initial position of slow-moving unbalances. Distinctive feature of the disclosed solution is that the initial position of slow-rotating eccentric weights is changed by turning in any direction through an angle, equal to product of quotient of division of 180° by the value of gear ratio n of transmission, synchronizing and phase-coordinating rotation of eccentric mass per number from range of values from 0.2 to 2n - 0.2 with pitch equal to 0.4, provided that the gear ratio n is a fractional number, the integer part of which is an odd number, and the fractional part is equal to zero as much as six tenths.

EFFECT: technical result is possibility of varying speed of transportation and higher efficiency of processes of separation of grain mixtures.
