SUBSTANCE: semi-finished product in the form of pelmeni is made by means of moulding dough of fine wheat flour with the addition of milk at the ratio of 35-40% by weight in the form of a round "bowel"-type shell with the diameter of 3-4 cm, inside which minced meat is introduced. Pieces with the length of 12-13 cm are cut with knives and frozen to ensure the possibility of long-term storage of the semi-finished product. Before use, the semi-finished product is boiled in salted boiling water. It is wrapped in a lean pancake or a piece of lavash, which before wrapping is smeared with a thin layer of sour cream or mayonnaise.

EFFECT: invention allows to simplify the product use in restaurants of the fast food system and to increase the filling content 3-4 times.
