FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the food industry, namely to a method for making a molded product from a dough with a filling and a molded product. The method includes preparing a filling consisting of meat and / or chicken and / or vegetable mince, preparing a dough shell from flour of the highest grades of grain crops, forming a product from a shell and a filling, applying on the surface of the product a frying oil selected from the group including sunflower, corn and rapeseed, steaming the product until cooked, freezing and packing the product in containers.
EFFECT: longer storage of the product during freezing and higher quality during its preparation is provided.
