Method comprises steps of: personal subscriber account is opened by mobile communication operator, and subscriber account is used for mutual settlements between user and operator for provided communication services, wherein subscriber telephone number is used to create virtual payment card, which is adapted for registration in payment system with subsequent settlements from subscriber personal account, binding personal account of subscriber to payment system, subscriber is provided with electronic payments services to pay for purchases using a payment system, and in payments calculations, money resources available to a mobile network subscriber on a personal account of a subscriber will be used, to perform calculations, the user's telephone number and tokens, which are used on the basis of telephone number, are used once for each separate payment transaction.

EFFECT: technical result is higher security of making payments when performing electronic payments.
