FIELD: testing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: bench contains a base, two differently-sized pulleys mounted on a slow shaft through the propeller shaft, an electric motor with adjustable rotational speed, a pivotally mounted bracket with reciprocating pulleys. The test belts are contour loaders, and the torque limiter is the centrifugal box clutch mounted on the high-speed shaft in the bracket, in which the central shaft is connected through the torsion spring with one of the pulleys, and the drum is rigidly attached to the second pulley. Torque readings are monitored by a pointer that transforms the reciprocal angular displacement of the pulleys into an axial movement of the pulleys through a non-locking screw drive.
