FIELD: machine building; turbines or turbomachines.
SUBSTANCE: axial turbomachine inner bandage comprises a circular wall whose profile extends in the axial direction and a row of holes formed in the axial wall. Each hole has opposite edges located in circumferential direction on each side of stator blade arranged in hole to ensure its fixation. Wall comprises radial flange passing through holes in circumferential direction of bandage so that it forms mechanical connection between two opposite edges of each hole. Radial flange comprises a surface having roughness regions forming a pattern which is repeated on the entire surface of the radial flange and perpendicular to the axis of symmetry of the bandage. Bandage comprises a strip of abradable material, wherein radial flange extends further in direction than each layer of abradable material. Another invention relates to a method of mounting a stator blade to an internal bandage of an axial turbomachine, in which a stator blade and an inner bandage having a row of holes are provided. End part of the stator blade is placed in the hole, wherein during the above operation, the end part of each blade is thrust against the radial flange of the inner bandage. Then, the end part of the stator blade is fixed in the hole connected to it. Another invention of the group relates to a turbomachine comprising a rotor and an inner bandage around the rotor, made as described above, or a stator blade and an inner bandage, the assembly of which is made as described above.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows increasing rigidity of inner bandage and assembly including bandage and blades.
