SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a preparation beverage device, comprising a frame and cooking unit mounted on the frame and comprising a part that is movable relative to the frame and can be moved between: the transfer position, in which a beverage ingredient supply into the unit and/or removing the noted ingredient from the unit are produced; and the processing position in which the beverage making is produced of the ingredients in the unit. Cooking unit comprises an beverage outlet for supplying the prepared beverage in the filling area. The frame also supports a guide member meant for discharging and removing liquid balance from the outlet of the beverage into the service area, separated from the filling area, so that the balance does not fall from the beverage outlet into the filling area. In this case the guide member has a tap hole and service opening from which the noted balances are merged and fed to the service area.

EFFECT: preventing of undesired flow of liquid left after the filling process in the form of droplets to a beverage filling area, which can lead to beverage filling by the user.
