SUBSTANCE: data transmitting message consists of metadata and payload, where the metadata includes transport metadata and identification metadata, and the payload can include a process payload including information to provide the regionalization control function or the modulator control function, and a broadcast payload. The content and structure of metadata and payloads allow to implement two proposed versions of the content regionalizing method and a new method of regionalizing a regional bouquet signaling, as well as to simplify the method of transmitting multiple messages.
EFFECT: compact representation of the broadcast data of digital television programs, when transmitted through networks, the ability to directly transfer data over IP networks without additional transformations, and simplification of the content transferring infrastructure.
