SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of flow generating in accordance with the digital video broadcast standard (DVB) that is perceived by a decoder of the first generation in accordance with DVB-S/C/T, and also provides for generation of flow in accordance with the DVB-T2 of the second generation. Method of generating of a stream containing a multiplexed signal in accordance with the DVB of the first generation is proposed. Stream also includes encapsulation information in accordance with the DVB-T2 of at least one set of broadcast programs input in the flow in the form of hidden sections that are ignored by the first generation decoder which performs flow decoding in accordance with the first generation standard. Device according to the invention can deterministically generate T2-MI stream in the DVB-T2 transmitter that enables its integration with single-frequency network SFN.

EFFECT: technical result is formation of T2-MI stream in determined and synchronous way which allows to make ground broadcast of single frequency network (SFN) flows formed in such a way in each DVB-T2 transmitter.
