SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to sanitation facilities. In the method, the toilet contains toilet bowls with flushing cisterns and a fountain. Said flushing cisterns are hydraulically connected to each other and with the fountain with the possibility of simultaneous receipt of water from each of them from the water supply system through a pipeline with limited capacity. In the method, the way of using the public toilet is to use the toilet as described above in order to allow convenient urination and defecation.
EFFECT: provides simplification of public toilets, creation of more comfortable conditions for users, increased efficiency of operation, increased informativeness and visibility of its work at a great distance, as well as visual control of the use of the toilet at a great distance and its availability.
