FIELD: paintwork materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to paintwork materials used for coating the inner surface of pipelines intended for the transportation of oil and natural gas. A paintwork composition for anticorrosion polymer coatings is a two-component composition, in which the first component is a mixture of epoxy resins, an active diluent, an anticorrosion pigment, an iron oxide pigment, fillers, functional additives, the second component is modified amine as a hardener. In this case, the mixture of epoxy resins is a combination of resins based on Bisphenol A, Bisphenol F, polypropylene glycol and a monoepoxide compound of neodecanoic acid (I), wherein resin based on polypropylene glycol and the monoepoxide compound of neodecanoic acid are both active diluents, or a combination of resins based on Bisphenol A, Bisphenol F, polypropylene glycol and alkyl glycidyl ether with a length of an alkyl fragment C12-C14 (II), wherein resin based on polypropylene glycol and alkyl glycidyl ether with the length of the alkyl fragment C12-C14 are both active diluents, or a combination of resins based on Bisphenol A, Bisphenol F, a monoepoxide compound of neodecanoic acid and alkyl glycidyl ether with a length of an alkyl fragment C12-C14 (III), wherein the monoepoxide compound of neodecanoic acid and alkyl glycidyl ether with the length of the alkyl fragment C12-C14 are both active diluents taken in the ratio 18÷28:5.5÷8.5:0.8÷1.2:1.5÷3 in a mixture of epoxy resins. As an iron oxide pigment, a magnetic iron oxide pigment or its mixture with a red iron oxide pigment in the amount of no more than 50 wt.% of the magnetic iron oxide pigment is used, with the following composition, wt.%: a mixture of epoxy resins (I), or (II), or (III) 25.8÷40.7, an ortho-xylene petroleum solvent 8÷12, an anticorrosion pigment 1÷10, an iron oxide pigment 1÷10, fillers 34÷48, functional additives 1.1÷5.5.
EFFECT: provision of a paintwork composition for anticorrosion polymer coatings with the formation of smooth polymer coating with a roughness value on the surface of steel from 0.18 to 0.35 mcm, protecting metal from corrosion and reducing the friction of transported hydrocarbon on the inner surface of a pipe, as well as expansion of the range of anticorrosion paintwork materials.
