FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synthetic construction materials, replacing natural high-strength granites, diabase and other dice stone for the basic and hull machine tools details production, control and measuring machines and other precision equipment, and also used as finishing and building materials. A high-filled composite structural material obtained from a mixture comprising: epoxy diane resin, active diluent, mixture of paraffinic hydrocarbon C10H22–C11H24 and polymethylene siloxane in the ratio 5:1 by weight, dice stone fractions of 0.063–0.315 and dice stone fractions of 0.63–10.0 mm, additionally contains a fly ash-removal of a fine fraction of 18–38 mcm with the following ratio of components, mass %: epoxy diane resin 4.2–7.0, active diluent 0.6–1.5, mixture of paraffinic hydrocarbon C10H22–C11H24 and polymethylene siloxane in a ratio of 5:1 by weight of 0.05–0.50, amine curing agent 1.2–2.0, dice stone of fractions 0.063–0.315 mm 7.5–16.0, fly ash, fine fraction 18-38 microns 7.5–9.0, dice stone fractions 0.63–10.0 mm – the rest.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the performance characteristics of deformation (elasticity modulus) and damping ability in the temperature range up to the glass transition temperature (Tg).
