FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: liquid level video gauge in hydrostatic levelling unit vessels, containing telecamera with objective lens as the photodetector, CCD matrix and electronic unit, forming the standard television video signal and point light sources, mounted on the circle around the telecamera objective lens and optically connected through the measuring liquid level with the telecamera. Besides, the device additionally contains the frusto-conical shape tube, installed inside the vessel and the filter, fixed at the lower narrow end face of the tube, which transmits the liquid and does not allow the impurities to penetrate to the liquid surface inside the tube, the upper wide end of which faces the objective lens and it is located above the liquid surface in the vessel, and the lower narrow end face and the filter are immersed into the vessel liquid.
