Light source 2 comes in the form of one or several ring light sources inside which telecamera is positioned Diameters of ring light sources are calculated by formula Dn=K•(Dmax/Dmin)n-1•Hmin, where Dn is diameter of n-th ring light source; K is proportionality factor; Dmax is maximum diameter of image of ring light source in television frame; Dmin is minimum diameter of image of ring light source in television frame; Hmin is minimal measured level of liquid; n is ordinal number of ring light source.
